Fantastic journal! I especially enjoyed the movie review of Avatar!!! Great choice! The article "Welcome to Rapture- Where the Utopia became a Dystopia 1959" was my favorite! The only thing I was confused about was if this story was actually a book, or movie, or did Dallas Robinson make it up? Because if he did that is extremely impressive! I loved the story! My only other comment would be about the layout of the journal, maybe more incorporation of each other's work, for example the two crosswords could have been spread out instead of one right after the other. Overall great job!

I applaud you Jennifer Coale for your forum on Wall E.

We share many common views on the movie. It is very childish by nature but the message conveyed is one that deserves close attention. Technology is taking over, and humans should tread safely, which we assuredly are not. The fact that the humans on the ship communicate via screens even though they are within short distance goes to show how lazy humans can become. And we see this sometime in real life.

Anyway,

Good job on that,

Wow, this is really cool. Very unique from the rest of the journals. At first I thought I had placed the wrong url into the link box. This is very cool though and very well put together. It looks like you have a nack for doing stuff like this Dallas. I liked the obituary article about Charlie from Lost (Really into Lost right now...hope he comes back!). Overall, this was a very neat and very well put together journal. Your hard work was well worth it!

Great job group C! Your journal was well organized and well structured. I liked the pictures from Avatar, WALL-E, and I especially liked the obituary and Watchmen ads. The Star Wars crossword puzzle and the Sci-Fi Word Scramble and Word Search was really cool as well! I liked the whole blog and the setup; it looks really nice! The post-apocalyptic novels/movies was really cool, but I don't think I would have gotten any right since I do not watch or read those type of movies or novels.

More color and creativity would have been nice. There was a lot of information covered in your journal, but I found that the WALL-E and Avatar movie reviews did not include any creativity.

Altogether though, a job well done!!! I thought the blog was really neat!

I love the unique format of this journal! It's great; a blog is an easy but creative way to format the journal. It was refreshing to see something that wasn't a journal or a newspaper.

My favorites were the Watchmen ads and the Sci-fi obituaries. The inclusion of Charlie from Lost surprised me at first, but it was a great addition.

I also liked the diversity of the journal. There were only a few things about Watchmen and then the rest were about well known sci-fi movies, but still topics that we hadn't discussed very much in the class.

The work of the group seemed like it was very well divided. Everybody contributed one thing, it seems, and there was still plenty to read and enjoy. It seems like you worked great as a group.
